Summit Medical Specialists offers two membership options. The DPC membership costs $95 per month. The concierge membership costs $2,500 per year. Employers can also pay memberships directly as a benefit for their employees through the DPC for Businesses program.

The DPC monthly membership covers unlimited office visits, wellness exams, school and sports physicals, chronic disease management, and urgent care visits. It replaces the traditional visit copay, so members pay no per-visit fees for these services.

The concierge membership includes everything in the DPC membership plus 24/7 access to Dr. Ibric, home and office calls, and direct contact via phone, secure text, and telemedicine. Concierge members also receive care for visiting friends and family and continued care while traveling out of town.

Yes. Summit Medical Specialists offers same-day appointments at both the Oconomowoc and Waukesha locations. Appointments typically run 45 minutes, giving patients enough time to address their concerns thoroughly.

The monthly DPC membership fee does not run through insurance. Members should carry insurance for hospitalizations, specialist referrals, and other services outside the practice scope. Lab work drawn in the clinic goes to LabCorp and bills through insurance. Uninsured patients receive discounted direct lab pricing.

Yes. Summit Medical Specialists provides telemedicine visits for both DPC and concierge members. Concierge members also have access to 24/7 direct contact with Dr. Ibric via phone and secure text.

Yes. The practice provides medication-assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol addiction. Dr. Ibric uses medications including Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol alongside behavioral therapies. Care takes place at the Oconomowoc and Waukesha clinics in a confidential, professional setting.

Concierge members have 24/7 access to Dr. Ibric by phone, secure text, and telemedicine. She also makes home and office calls for concierge members when needed.

Yes. Summit Medical Specialists offers urgent care to non-members for $100 per visit, collected at the time of service. Conditions treated include ear infections, sinus infections, urinary tract infections, sore throat, sprains, and more.
