Elite Primary Care

Elite Primary Care offers three membership tiers. The Silver tier starts at $75 per month for adults and $35 per month for children. The Gold tier runs $120 per month for adults and $60 per month for children. The Diamond Elite tier is $175 per month for adults and $100 per month for children. A one-time family initiation fee of $50 applies, and the practice offers a 10% discount for annual prepayment.

The Silver tier includes one office visit and one urgent care or telehealth visit per quarter. The Gold tier adds a second office visit and telehealth visit each quarter, two after-hours appointments, 48-hour appointment availability, a 10% discount on in-office labs and procedures, and house call availability. The Diamond Elite tier includes unlimited office, urgent care, and telehealth visits; priority same- or next-day appointments; unlimited after-hours appointments and house calls; a 25% discount on labs and procedures; and 25% off IV infusion services.

Elite Primary Care does not bill insurance for membership fees or covered visits. The practice operates as a direct-pay membership. Elite Primary Care does encourage all members to carry health insurance for hospitalizations, surgeries, and services outside the practice's scope.

Yes. Telehealth visits are available at all membership tiers. House calls are available to Gold and Diamond Elite members. Dr. Waskin also offers direct phone access from 6:00 AM to midnight, seven days a week, so members can reach him outside of office hours.

Prospective patients can contact Elite Primary Care through the practice website to start the enrollment process. A one-time family initiation fee of $50 applies at sign-up. Patients who leave and wish to return pay a re-enrollment fee of $200 per person.

Yes. The practice serves patients of all ages, including children. Child membership rates are lower than adult rates across all three tiers, starting at $35 per month for the Silver level.

The practice covers a broad range of primary care needs, including wellness visits, chronic disease management, urgent care, sports and school physicals, vaccinations, minor procedures such as laceration care and splinter removal, IV infusion services, telehealth visits, and house calls. Dr. Waskin also dispenses discounted generic medications in-office and offers discounted cash-pay laboratory testing.

Yes. The practice partners with Hallmark Homecare and an experienced case manager with deep connections throughout eastern North Carolina. This allows Dr. Waskin to coordinate in-home nursing support and other services for members who need care beyond a standard office visit.
