Their shared vision was a slower-paced, relationship-driven environment where patients get genuine attention. The practice operates without insurance billing, charging a straightforward age-based monthly membership instead.
Coastal Direct Health & Wellness serves patients from birth through adulthood. The membership covers unlimited office and virtual visits, most point-of-care testing, a broad range of in-office procedures, and wholesale lab pricing with no phlebotomy fees. Members can reach their provider anytime through the encrypted Spruce platform.
