About
At Deeds Health, Dr. Stefie Deeds delivers concierge-level primary care from a boutique clinic in West Seattle. She founded the practice in 2024 with a clear purpose: helping patients achieve great health, not just more healthcare. The practice earned the West Seattle 2025 Emerging Business of the Year distinction in its first full year. Dr. Deeds holds board certifications in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine and brings prior experience as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington.
Deeds Health organizes its services into four membership tracks: Primary Care, Weight Loss (Bodywell), Longevity (Momentum), and Women's Health and Menopause. The Longevity membership includes DEXA body composition testing, VO2 Max testing, biomarker analysis, mobility evaluation, and a personalized Longevity Blueprint. The Women's Health and Menopause Clinic focuses on perimenopausal and postmenopausal care, including hormone and metabolic health assessment. Members reach Dr. Deeds directly through secure text and email via the Elation Passport portal. The practice enrolls a new clinician, Katherine Murrow, DNP, ARNP, for Spring 2026.

Bodywell is a six-month weight loss program that combines medication-assisted weight management with evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies. Dr. Deeds is board-certified in Obesity Medicine and tailors each plan to the individual patient's biology and lifestyle. The program focuses on sustainable results rather than short-term fixes.
Deeds Health operates outside of traditional insurance billing. Members pay a flat monthly fee with no co-pays and no surprise bills. The practice encourages members to keep a separate insurance plan for specialist referrals, hospitalizations, and services outside the practice.
