Crossroads Integrative Medicine charges $175 per month for an individual and $300 per month for a couple. Children ages 5 to 17 pay $150 per month without an adult member or $140 per month when joining alongside one. The practice charges no co-pays and no administrative fees. Members can choose monthly, quarterly, or annual billing. Membership requires a one-year service contract with 30 days notice to cancel.

Yes. The practice uses Spruce, a secure messaging and telehealth platform, for text, video chat, and picture sharing. Dr. Heer makes himself available after hours for urgent concerns through this platform. If an in-person visit becomes necessary, same-day or next-day appointments are available.
