About
At Cooper Concierge Medicine, Dr. Daniel Cooper serves patients in Sarasota as both their personal internist and cardiologist. He brings over three decades of clinical experience to a carefully limited panel of members. His practice philosophy centers on a simple principle: the healing relationship between doctor and patient comes first. Dr. Cooper personally handles every consultation and every procedure. He does not delegate patient care to other staff. Members reach him directly by mobile phone around the clock. His in-office capabilities include Doppler Echocardiogram, Exercise Stress Echocardiogram, EKG, pacemaker analysis, and ICD analysis, all included in the annual membership fee. For patients who need him outside the office, Dr. Cooper makes house calls equipped with a handheld ultrasound, EKG, and pulse oximeter. He also provides skilled nursing facility care, hospital admission follow-up at nearby Sarasota Memorial Hospital, and hospice care coordination. Three membership tiers, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, allow patients to choose the level of service that fits their health needs and lifestyle.
