Membership at Concierge Medical Services costs $5,000 per person annually. Members can pay annually, semi-annually, or quarterly. The practice accepts electronic debit, check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

No. The practice extends program benefits at no charge to children ages 17 to 23 of enrolled member parents. This applies as long as the parent holds an active membership.

Yes. The practice bills all regular office visits to insurance and accepts most major plans, including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare. The practice does not participate with Medicare Advantage or other Medicare replacement plans. The annual membership fee is separate from insurance billing.

Members receive same or next-day appointments. The practice also offers extended appointment times and after-hours physician access by cell phone for medical emergencies.

Membership includes an annual comprehensive health assessment, same or next-day appointments, extended visit times, after-hours physician access by cell phone, IV hydration therapy, on-site lab drawing, wound care, nutritionist consultations, travel health counseling, a vaccination program, physician email correspondence, insurance claim facilitation, and physician-to-physician specialty referral coordination.

Yes. Both physicians visit their patients daily at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Members receive direct care from their personal physician throughout any hospital stay.

Yes. Concierge Medical Services offers telemedicine services for eligible visits. Members can also request appointments, prescription refills, and medical records through the patient portal.

New patients complete a new patient packet, a medical records release form, and a membership agreement. The practice makes all three forms available online through its website or as downloadable PDFs. Patients choose their preferred physician, either Dr. Bart Price or Dr. Petra Travnicek, when completing the forms.

Yes. Both physicians coordinate directly with specialists on behalf of their members. The practice also assists with insurance referral requirements. Members can call the office at 941-365-1321 if their insurance requires a referral before seeing a specialist.
