Starting April 1, 2026, the membership also includes over 400 prescription medications at no additional cost through home delivery and pharmacies nationwide.
The practice does not bill insurance. The monthly membership fee covers all included primary care services with no copays, deductibles, or surprise bills. Community Primary Care recommends pairing the membership with a health insurance plan or healthshare for hospital, emergency, and specialist coverage.
Starting April 1, 2026, every membership includes a prescription benefit through ManifestRx. Members receive over 400 maintenance medications delivered to their door at no additional cost, with 90-day supplies and up to 12 shipments per year. The benefit also covers 70-plus urgent care medications at over 70,000 pharmacies nationwide, with a $250 per-person annual maximum. For medications not on the included list, members receive a prescription discount card for use at retail pharmacies.
Members contact Dr. Highley directly by call, text, or secure message through the patient portal. The practice does not route messages through a call center or answering service. For established patients, telehealth video and phone visits are also available for follow-ups, medication checks, and certain sick visits.
The practice does not see Medicare patients at this time. Patients with Medicare who want to join can contact Community Primary Care to add their name to the waitlist. The practice will notify waitlisted patients when that changes.
New patients enroll online through the practice website. After completing enrollment, members receive a welcome email with instructions to access the patient portal and schedule their first visit. All new patients must complete their first visit in person to establish care. Telehealth visits for follow-ups and routine needs become available after that initial in-person appointment.
