Individual adult membership costs $125 per month or $1,250 per year. Couples pay $225 per month or $2,250 per year. Children added to an adult membership cost $30 per child per month. A child enrolled without an adult costs $40 per month. Pre-paying annually gives you two months free. Cimarron Family Practice also charges a one-time $99 enrollment fee per individual or family.

Membership covers unlimited primary care visits with Dr. Stephens, including in-person, telehealth, and home visits when indicated. It also includes same- or next-day appointments, secure messaging for non-urgent questions during office hours, chronic and acute care, preventive visits, medication management, and care coordination and referrals.

Yes. Membership covers primary care services directly through the practice but does not replace health insurance. Members still use their insurance for labs, imaging, specialist visits, emergency care, and hospital stays. Cimarron Family Practice does not bill insurance for in-office services.

Yes. As of January 1, 2026, you can use HSA funds toward your membership. The current limits are up to $150 per month for individuals and $300 per month for families.

Yes. Dr. Stephens offers telehealth visits for patients located anywhere in Colorado. Telehealth is included in your membership at no additional cost.

Medicare patients are welcome at Cimarron Family Practice. Dr. Stephens has formally opted out of Medicare, so Medicare does not cover membership fees. Medicare patients sign a brief statement confirming they will not seek reimbursement for membership fees. Members with Medicare can still use their benefits for labs, imaging, and specialist care outside the practice.

Yes. Dr. Stephens holds Tuesday hours from 12 to 7 PM to accommodate patients who work during the day. She may expand evening availability if demand warrants it.

Yes. Cimarron Family Practice offers employer-sponsored memberships at discounted rates. Employer pricing runs $100 per adult per month, $1,100 annually, $175 per couple per month, and $30 per child per month added to an adult plan. Employers can contact the practice for enrollment details.

Dr. Stephens caps her patient panel specifically to offer same- or next-business-day appointments. Most visits run a full hour, and every appointment is directly with Dr. Stephens.
