The Insurance Plan accepts all major insurers for traditional cardiology visits. The Direct Pay Plan offers an affordable option for patients without insurance or with high-deductible plans.

These include standard and strain echocardiography, holter monitoring, event monitoring, mobile cardiac telemetry, carotid ultrasound, venous ultrasound, arterial ultrasound, and ankle-brachial index testing. Nuclear cardiology studies are also available.

Yes. Dr. Kohli offers expert second opinions and extends that service to patients across the country. With four active board certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology, she brings a broad diagnostic perspective to complex cases.

Concierge Plan members receive unlimited wellness and sick consultations with Dr. Kohli, electrocardiograms at every visit, medication management, and direct advocacy with specialists. Dr. Kohli personally coordinates care and communicates with other providers on each member's behalf.

Yes. Dr. Kohli runs a Weight Management Clinic using evidence-based strategies focused on improving heart health outcomes. Nutrition and fitness counseling also come included with the Concierge Plan membership.

The practice sees patients Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a lunch closure from 12 pm to 1 pm. The office schedules echocardiogram appointments on Fridays and Saturdays by appointment.
