Case Integrative Health

Case Integrative Health starts every new patient relationship with a free 15-minute Discovery Call. A Patient Liaison conducts the call and matches you with the physician best suited to your needs. You can book the Discovery Call directly through the practice website.

The practice operates out-of-network for consultations. Lab work, prescriptions, and insurance-covered pain procedures go directly to your insurer automatically. Membership or consultation fees do not run through insurance, so patients pay those costs directly.

Visits at Case Integrative Health typically run 30 to 90 minutes depending on the type of appointment. Initial consultations for the Metabolic Boost Program are 60 minutes. The extended visit time allows physicians to work through complex histories and build thorough treatment plans.

Case Integrative Health charges $250 for missed or late-cancelled new patient appointments. Follow-up appointment cancellations carry a fee equal to 50% of the visit cost. IV and procedure cancellations incur a $50 fee.

The clinical team addresses a wide range of complex and chronic conditions. The SHARP Mind Program is a proprietary protocol developed by Case Integrative Health to address cognitive decline prevention. The practice created it specifically for patients concerned about brain health and long-term cognitive function. Licensed registered nurses and physician assistants administer all IV therapies at Case Integrative Health. The practice's physicians craft custom IV protocols for each patient. The menu includes NAD+, glutathione, Myers Cocktail, alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin C, and several other targeted formulations.

Case Integrative Health is one of the only registered Flowpresso providers in the state of Illinois. Flowpresso uses compression, infrared heat, and micro-vibrations to encourage a rest-and-repair response in the body. The practice added it as part of its broader suite of non-invasive therapeutic tools.
