A provider travels to the patient's home or workplace, performs onsite testing, and can administer IV fluids and anti-nausea treatment. The service uses mobile tracking through Hopper Tracker so patients can follow their provider's arrival. Coverage applies to the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area.

Yes. Care Hop guarantees same-day access to a provider for all members. An initial contact may happen via telehealth or messaging, and in-person visits typically occur the same day or the next day.
