Blossom Health Direct Primary Care

Blossom Health membership starts at $100 per month for patients age 30 and under. Members ages 31 to 64 pay $125 per month, and those 65 and older pay $150 per month. Families with two parent members receive their first two children free, with additional children at $50 each up to a maximum of $350 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 per person or $250 per family applies at sign-up.

The membership covers unlimited visits during regular hours, in-office procedures, most in-office diagnostic testing, telehealth visits, after-hours access for urgent needs, and direct messaging with Dr. Tipton via phone, text, email, or the Spruce app. Members also access wholesale pricing on medications and deeply discounted lab work through LabCorp. There are no co-pays and no surprise bills.

Yes. Blossom Health holds same-day sick appointments for members whenever the office is open. The practice does not accept walk-ins, but same-day scheduling covers most urgent needs. Members can also reach Dr. Tipton directly for after-hours urgent concerns.

Blossom Health accepts patients with any insurance plan or no insurance at all. The practice does not bill insurance for DPC services. If you carry insurance, you may still use it for labs, medications, specialist visits, or hospital care. The monthly membership fee covers all primary care services directly.

Yes. Dr. Tipton makes home visits for $75 per visit within 30 minutes of West Jordan, by appointment only. Evening and weekend visits are available for $50 per visit. After-hours access for urgent needs is included in all memberships at no additional charge.

Yes. Medicare patients sign a one-time waiver confirming that neither the patient nor Dr. Tipton will bill Medicare directly for DPC services. Medicare still covers most laboratory work, specialist visits, and hospital care.

Appointments run at least 30 minutes. Dr. Tipton also guarantees same-week scheduling for members who need to be seen. That combination of appointment length and access sets the pace for thorough, unhurried care.

Blossom Health serves patients from birth through the end of life. Dr. Tipton holds dual board certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, so she handles newborn and infant care, school-age and adolescent visits, adult primary care, and dedicated geriatric services for older patients.

No. New members commit to an initial three-month period, after which they may cancel with 30 days' notice. Blossom Health does not require long-term contracts.

As of January 2026, Blossom Health temporarily paused new enrollments due to high demand. Prospective patients can join the waitlist by filling out the pre-enrollment form on the practice website. The practice will reach out by email when enrollment reopens.
