Become Health charges a monthly membership fee based on age. Adults ages 26-64 pay $125 per month. Patients ages 0-25 pay $100 per month, and patients ages 65 and older pay $150 per month. Families with up to two adults and four children pay $300 per month, with $50 added for each additional child. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 per person or $200 per family applies at signup.

The membership covers unlimited visits, same-day sick visits, telehealth, in-house diagnostic testing, and direct access to Dr. Jackson by text, call, or email. Members also receive access to wholesale lab pricing through LabCorp at $5-$10 per test and wholesale imaging at local centers ranging from $50 to $500.

Become Health does not accept insurance for membership or primary care services. The practice operates on a direct-pay model that eliminates insurance billing entirely. If you carry insurance, you may still use it for prescription medications, specialist referrals, and outside labs or imaging where applicable.

Yes. Become Health provides primary care but does not replace health insurance. The practice strongly recommends that members maintain coverage for hospitalizations, surgeries, and specialist care. Insurance also helps cover prescription medications for members who carry it.
