Individual adult memberships start at $75 per month, with no enrollment fee for new members. Children ages 0-19 pay $35 per month, or $20 per month when enrolled alongside a paying adult. Small business rates drop to $60 per month for adults and $20 per month for children. Bliss Direct Primary Care also offers a 5% discount for annual registration.

Members receive unlimited office visits, telehealth access, and HIPAA-compliant direct messaging with Dr. Shaikh. The membership also covers InBody body composition scans, free sports physicals, discounts on minor office procedures, and access to deeply discounted labs and imaging through the FreedomDoc national network. Free specialist e-consults through Thea Health are included as well.

Yes. Bliss Direct Primary Care offers same-day and next-day appointments for members. Dr. Shaikh also makes herself available after hours for urgent concerns. Members can book appointments online, through the Spruce app, or by calling or texting the practice directly.

Yes. Dr. Shaikh conducts secure video and messaging visits through the Spruce app. Members can also reach her by call, text, or email for non-urgent questions. This direct access is included in the membership at no extra cost.

Bliss Direct Primary Care operates on a direct pay model and does not bill insurance for membership fees or office visits. However, members can keep their existing insurance for specialists, imaging outside the office, and hospital care. The practice accepts HSA, FSA, and HRA payments for membership fees.

Yes. Medicare patients are welcome at Bliss Direct Primary Care. They pay the practice membership fee directly. Medicare remains active for specialist visits, testing performed outside the office, and any hospitalizations.

Yes. Dr. Shaikh supervises a medical weight loss program using Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, both FDA-approved medications for long-term weight management. The program includes weekly injections, a customized treatment plan, ongoing support, and InBody body composition scans to track progress.

The InBody Scan measures body composition in about 60 seconds. It tracks muscle mass, body fat percentage, and visceral fat without any discomfort. Members receive this service at no additional charge. Non-members can purchase a scan for $30.

Sports physicals cost $20 for non-members and are free for Bliss Direct Primary Care members. Each appointment takes under 20 minutes. Dr. Shaikh sees patients by appointment Monday through Friday.
