Individual membership at BrightHEALTH Family Medicine & Wellness costs $149 per month. Each additional family member adds $99 per month. A one-time enrollment fee of $125 per individual or family applies, though the practice waives this fee for annual memberships. Teachers and first responders receive a discount. No. BrightHEALTH does not require a monthly commitment. Members who cancel must give 30 days notice, and the practice charges no cancellation fee. Members who later rejoin pay a re-enrollment fee of $250.

BrightHEALTH operates outside of insurance billing for primary care services. Members pay the monthly fee directly to the practice with no copays. You can still use your existing insurance for specialist referrals, hospitalizations, or other care outside the practice. BrightHEALTH also offers wholesale and negotiated pricing on labs, imaging, and medications so members keep out-of-pocket costs low.

Appointments at BrightHEALTH run 45 to 60 minutes. That length gives Dr. Santiago time to address concerns thoroughly rather than rushing through a visit.

Yes. BrightHEALTH offers same-day and next-day appointments for members. Dr. Santiago also provides same-day acute telemedicine visits for urgent needs when an in-person visit is not possible.

Yes. Dr. Santiago conducts telemedicine appointments for both routine and acute concerns. Members also reach her directly by text, phone, email, or video chat between visits.

The monthly membership covers annual wellness exams, women's health visits, pediatric wellness exams, chronic disease management, mental health care, acute and urgent care, preventive screenings, nutrition counseling, exercise guidance, and weight loss management. In-office procedures such as laceration repair, cryotherapy, joint injections, skin biopsies, and ear wax removal are also included. Office diagnostics including rapid strep, flu testing, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, and EKG are covered as well.

Yes. BrightFIT is an optional wellness program run by Josh Santiago, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Coach, in collaboration with Dr. Santiago. The program includes a personalized virtual training plan, a nutrition and diet plan, weekly virtual coaching sessions, and quarterly in-person check-ins. BrightFIT carries an additional cost beyond the medical membership.

BrightHEALTH caps its panel at 500 patients. This limit lets Dr. Santiago spend meaningful time with each member and keeps same-day availability practical.

BrightHEALTH does not provide obstetric care or prescribe chronic pain medications. Dr. Santiago focuses on primary care, preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness services. She coordinates referrals for needs outside that scope.
