Dr. Liya Beyderman earned her BA in Neuroscience and French Literature from Johns Hopkins University in 2000. She then completed her MD at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 2005. Her training continued at Vanderbilt with an internal medicine internship, followed by a combined adult and child neurology residency. She finished a general pediatrics fellowship at Vanderbilt in 2010.
Dr. Beyderman holds dual board certifications. She earned certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with special qualification in Child Neurology in 2010 and renewed it in 2020.
