About

C. Preston McCormack, MD earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of the Ozarks before pursuing medicine. He completed his MD at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2015, graduating at the top of his class and earning the Roberts Key Award. That same year, he gained entry into Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society. His residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics took place at UAMS and Arkansas Children's Hospital. Following residency, he served as Chief Resident of Pediatrics at Arkansas Children's Hospital during the 2018-2019 academic year. Dr. McCormack holds board certification in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.

After completing his residency, he joined the General Internal Medicine Division at UAMS as an Associate Professor. He founded Perspective Health in 2022 to build a practice centered on meaningful patient relationships. He continues to serve as a pediatrician at the joint Our House and Arkansas Children's Hospital Clinic on the Our House main campus. Outside the clinic, Dr. McCormack spends time with his wife Leslie and their three children. He enjoys the outdoors, plants, Razorback sports, cooking, and traveling.
