About

Caleb Guthrey, MD grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas and earned dual undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Arkansas State University in 2012. He moved to Little Rock and completed his MD at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2016. He then entered the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at UAMS, finishing in 2020 with double board certification in both specialties. After residency, Dr. Guthrey joined the General Internal Medicine faculty at UAMS as an Associate Professor and helped launch their first Med-Peds clinic at Rahling Road. He taught residents and maintained his own clinic there for four years.

Dr. Guthrey joined Perspective Health as a partner in June 2024. He continues an active teaching role at UAMS and serves at the joint Arkansas Children's Hospital and Our House clinic on the Our House main campus. Outside of medicine, he spends time with his wife Jordan and their young daughter. He is an avid golfer, enjoys barbecue, and follows Razorback sports.
