WellSpace Concierge Primary Care

WellSpace offers two membership tiers. Patients ages 4 to 26 pay $2,000 annually, with quarterly and semiannual options also available. Patients 27 and older pay $5,000 annually. The membership fee covers non-clinical amenities and concierge benefits. Dr. Dick bills commercial insurance and Medicare separately for office visits and medical procedures.

Yes. WellSpace is a family medicine practice, not a health insurance program. Dr. Dick bills commercial insurance and Medicare for clinical services. Members remain responsible for any applicable co-pays or deductibles. The practice recommends patients maintain their PPO, Medicare, FSA, or HSA coverage.

Yes. Dr. Dick provides all members with his personal cell phone number for direct communication. This gives patients a way to reach him directly when urgent needs arise outside of regular office hours.

WellSpace offers same-day or next-day appointments for urgent concerns. Routine visits run 30 minutes. The Comprehensive Annual Health Assessment runs 60 minutes. Members also experience little or no waiting room time.

Yes. Dr. Dick offers virtual consultations for appropriate visits. Telehealth gives members a convenient option when an in-person visit is not necessary.

WellSpace serves patients from age 4 through seniors. The membership pricing reflects two age tiers - ages 4 to 26 and ages 27 and older - but Dr. Dick provides care across the full age spectrum.

WellSpace integrates functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, and osteopathic medicine into its primary care framework. Dr. Dick also offers peptide therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, advanced diagnostic testing, mental health support, sports and musculoskeletal care, and healthy aging and longevity planning.

WellSpace maintains affiliation with the Mass General Brigham hospital system. Dr. Dick provides personalized hospital coordination for members and communicates directly with hospitalists at Newton Wellesley Hospital when patients require inpatient care.

WellSpace uses Patient Gateway through Mass General Brigham, which runs on the MyChart platform. Members can use this portal to access records, review results, and communicate with the practice.
