At Valley Care DPC, Dr. Frances Koe delivers comprehensive family medicine to patients of all ages in Collinsville, Alabama. She has practiced in Northeast Alabama since October 2007. After fifteen years running Wills Valley Family Medicine, she launched Valley Care DPC to make quality primary care more affordable and accessible. The practice sits in the Northeast corner of the state, near DeSoto State Park and Little River Canyon.
Dr. Koe holds an MD and a Master of Public Health. She brings a strong preventive medicine focus to every patient relationship. The practice covers a wide range of acute, chronic, and preventive care needs. Members pay a flat monthly fee with no co-pays and no enrollment costs. Dr. Koe also hosts free monthly health education classes at the Collinsville Public Library through her Reboot Your Health program.
