Adults 19 and older pay $60 per month. Children ages 0 to 18 pay $10 per month and must enroll with a parent. Valley Care DPC charges no enrollment fees, no co-pays, and no administration fees. The practice requires a minimum three-month membership commitment.

Membership covers unlimited primary care visits with Dr. Koe or the nurse practitioner, with appointments up to one hour. It also includes in-house lab testing, free ECGs and urine checks, and discounted prescription medications dispensed on-site.
