TrustMDPC charges monthly membership fees based on age. Members ages 18 to 29 pay $60 per month. Members ages 30 to 49 pay $85 per month. Members 50 and older pay $110 per month. The practice currently waives the enrollment fee as a grand opening special. Members pay at the end of each month and may cancel with 30 days notice.

Membership covers primary care services including chronic disease management, acute care, annual and school physicals, surgical clearance, and preventive health. Members receive up to 999 visits per year across in-person, video, text, and email formats. Every visit runs 45 to 60 minutes, and no visit carries a copay. Members also receive Dr. Bansal's personal email and cell phone for after-hours contact.

TrustMDPC does not participate with any insurance company. Members pay a flat monthly fee that covers all primary care services. The practice recommends that members maintain health insurance for specialist care, hospitalizations, emergency visits, and advanced imaging. High-deductible plans pair well with the TrustMDPC membership model.

Yes. TrustMDPC accepts HSA funds for monthly membership fees. The practice recommends checking with your account manager to confirm eligibility. FSA funds do not apply to monthly membership fees.

TrustMDPC accepts new patients on a rolling basis. Prospective members can schedule a free virtual meet-and-greet with Dr. Bansal before committing. New patients who enroll on the day of their meet-and-greet receive a waived enrollment fee. Registration takes place through the DocTalker platform.

Yes. Members can connect with Dr. Bansal via video visit at any time. Telemedicine is one of the 999 annual visit options included in every membership. Text and email access to Dr. Bansal also come standard with membership.

TrustMDPC offers a 12-month Medical Weight Loss program priced at $1,000. The program includes an initial comprehensive evaluation and follow-up visits at one, three, six, and nine months. Dr. Bansal prescribes medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Phentermine based on each patient's needs. The $1,000 fee does not cover blood work or medication costs.

TrustMDPC works toward providing free care to 10 percent of its members who face financial hardship. Patients with limited income may reach out to discuss their situation. A portion of each member's fee supports care for community members in need.

Yes. Non-members can book a one-time or urgent visit for $250. That visit includes a full evaluation of the presenting concern along with a prescription or referral if needed. Dr. Bansal prioritizes same-day or next-day scheduling for urgent non-member visits as well.

TrustMDPC holds contracts with local labs and passes discounted pricing directly to members. Members pay for labs at the time of service with complete cost transparency and no surprise fees. Patients may also choose to bill labs through their insurance if they prefer.
