PURE Primary Care

Adult memberships start at $120 per month. Couples pay $200 per month, children pay $60 per month, and families pay a maximum of $320 per month. There is also a one-time enrollment fee of $99 per person. Volume discounts are available for employer groups enrolling multiple members.

The monthly fee covers all office visits during regular business hours and all telemedicine consultations by phone, text, portal, or video chat. It also includes standard in-office procedures such as rapid strep tests, urine dip testing, injections, joint injections and aspirations, sutures, wart removal, and ear wax removal. Pharmaceuticals, labs, imaging, hospital visits, and vaccinations fall outside the membership and require separate payment.

Yes. PURE Primary Care requires no long-term commitments. Members can cancel with 30 days notice at any time.

PURE affiliated doctors offer same-day or next-day appointments for pressing issues. Typical visits run about 40 minutes, giving members real time with their physician rather than a rushed encounter.

Yes. Members can reach their doctor by phone, text, patient portal, or video chat. PURE estimates that up to 75% of primary care needs do not require an in-person visit, so telemedicine is a central part of how the network delivers care.

Yes. The network includes house call services. PURE Primary Care partners with MODERN Mobile Medicine for additional mobile care options, including on-site COVID-19 testing for businesses.

Yes. C. area. Employers who sponsor 200 or more members become eligible for on-site care at their workplace. Self-insured employers using DPC often see year-over-year healthcare expenses that run 25% lower than those using traditional insurance-based primary care.

PURE Primary Care operates as a direct pay model. Members pay the monthly fee directly, and the practice does not bill insurance for primary care services. You should carry insurance for emergencies, specialist visits, imaging, and hospital care. PURE doctors provide referrals for those needs, and outside vendors can bill your insurance directly.

The network serves patients of all ages. Family medicine physicians in the network treat patients from newborns through seniors. Doctors with age restrictions note them individually, but the network specifically partners with Family Medicine specialists to ensure broad age coverage.

Affiliated physicians manage a wide range of chronic conditions, including asthma, hypothyroidism, diabetes, COPD, hypertension, high cholesterol, eczema, depression, obesity, gout, heart failure, rosacea, and smoking cessation, among others. Members receive this ongoing management within their standard monthly membership.
