No. Members pay no co-pays during visits. The monthly membership covers everything Dr. Harpe uses during an appointment. The only exception is prescription medications dispensed from the clinic, which members pay for separately at cost.

No. Trout Lake Clinic does not accept insurance and does not bill insurance for services. Dr. Harpe has also opted out of Medicare, so Medicare patients cannot seek reimbursement for clinic services. The clinic encourages members to carry a catastrophic or high-deductible insurance plan alongside their membership to cover major or emergency health events.

Members and non-members can book appointments online through PatientFusion. The clinic also accepts appointment requests by phone or email. The clinic primarily serves Trout Lake, BZ Corner, Husum, Glenwood, Appleton, and Snowden. For residents of those communities, the clinic places no enrollment cap. For patients living outside those areas, the clinic limits enrollment to 50 members to preserve capacity for the local community.

Appointments run approximately 30 minutes. Dr. Harpe schedules same-day or next-day visits for members who need timely care. He keeps his full attention on the patient during each visit and handles documentation after the appointment ends.

Yes. Shanea Harpe, a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, provides nutritional therapy services at the clinic. She also holds a GAPS practitioner certification. On-site non-CLIA labs are included in membership at no extra charge. Outside lab work and radiology services are billed separately. However, Dr. Harpe has negotiated reduced cash pricing with local providers to keep those costs as low as possible for patients.

Yes. Business owners who enroll one or more non-family employees in a Trout Lake Clinic membership receive a 10% discount for those employees and for themselves. Contact the office for details on how to set up a business enrollment.

Members can cancel at any time. If you let your membership lapse and choose to re-enroll, the clinic charges a re-enrollment registration fee of up to $150 per adult plus three months of advance membership payment.
