At The Orthobiologic Clinic, Dr. Edward Dieguez Jr. delivers nonsurgical, non-opioid care for musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and spine conditions. He pioneered Interventional Orthobiologics in Northeast Florida in the summer of 2010. The clinic holds the distinction of being the only facility in St. Augustine exclusively dedicated to this approach. Dr. Dieguez has practiced medicine in Saint Augustine since 1988, bringing decades of clinical depth to every patient encounter. He performs all procedures himself using fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance in a fully equipped interventional procedures suite. Treatments include PRP, Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate, Prolotherapy with hypertonic dextrose, and Progenikine adipose concentrate therapy. All orthobiologic products come from the patient's own body. The clinic uses Emcyte Corporation systems for PRP and Progenikine and does not use amniotic fluid or cord blood products.
