Dr. Dieguez performs all procedures himself under fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance. The practice does not prescribe controlled substances and does not use physician extenders.

The clinic offers PRP, Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate, Progenikine adipose concentrate therapy, and Prolotherapy with hypertonic dextrose. All orthobiologic products come from the patient's own body. The clinic uses Emcyte Corporation systems for PRP and Progenikine and does not use amniotic fluid or cord blood products.
