About

At Palm Coast Family Practice & Walk-In Clinic, Dr. Matthew Dorman delivers comprehensive family medicine and urgent care to communities across Palm Coast and Flagler County. He opened the practice in 2005 and has built it into a true independent community clinic, free from corporate and hospital influence. Today, a team of eight providers serves patients seven days a week, including walk-ins with no appointment needed. The practice runs three payment tracks: most major insurance plans, a straightforward self-pay option, and a Direct Primary Care membership at $100 per month. Members receive unlimited walk-ins, same-day telehealth, priority scheduling, and roughly 30% off labs and procedures. On-site X-ray technicians, EKG equipment, and a full diagnostic suite are available every day the practice is open. The team also performs same-day DOT physicals, sports and school physicals, and doctor-supervised weight loss with Tirzepatide. Through a partnership with Arrow Clinical Trials, the practice connects patients with clinical research studies in hypertension, cardiology, orthopedics, and neurology.
