Monthly membership at Tartaglia Family Medicine starts at $99 for adults ages 20 to 44 and $109 for adults ages 45 and older. Children ages 0 to 19 join for $29 per month. Families with more than three children pay no more than $285 per month for all kids. A one-time enrollment fee of $75 applies to adults; children have no enrollment fee. Paying annually earns one month free.

No. Tartaglia Family Medicine does not bill insurance. Members pay a flat monthly fee that covers the vast majority of primary care services. The practice offers in-office labs at wholesale cost, deeply discounted imaging, and medications purchased in bulk to keep any out-of-pocket costs as low as possible.

Membership covers complete physicals, preventive visits, wellness care, sick and urgent care visits, well-child exams, sports physicals, family planning, smoking cessation counseling, dietary and nutrition guidance, hormone management, and most in-office procedures. The practice also provides in-office labs at wholesale cost and access to discounted imaging including X-ray, CT, and MRI.

Yes. Tartaglia Family Medicine offers same-day appointments. The practice keeps its patient panel small so Dr. Tartaglia can see members quickly without long waits. Appointments typically run 30 to 60 minutes.

Yes. Tartaglia Family Medicine uses the Spruce digital care platform to connect members with Dr. Tartaglia by phone, text, secure message, voicemail, fax, and video. Telemedicine visits are available for situations that do not require an in-person exam.

Yes. Hormone replacement therapy and IV therapy do not require a practice membership. Anyone can schedule those services independently. The practice customizes IV bags for dehydration, energy, brain fog, jet lag, nausea, hangovers, immunity, migraines, and athletic recovery. Vitamin D shots are available for $20.

Yes. The practice serves the entire family, from newborns through seniors. Dr. Tartaglia provides newborn checks, well-child exams, sports physicals, and adult and senior care. The practice does not currently administer vaccinations in-office but helps patients obtain them through other channels.

Yes. Tartaglia Family Medicine provides medically supervised weight loss management, including tirzepatide and semaglutide. The process starts with a comprehensive health history review and a custom lab panel ordered by Dr. Tartaglia. Once lab results come in, Dr. Tartaglia builds a personalized plan and reviews it with the patient before starting treatment.

No. Tartaglia Family Medicine does not require contracts. Members cancel with 30 days notice. If a member cancels and later wants to re-enroll, a re-enrollment fee of $150 per member applies.
