DocMuscles / Nally Family Practice offers three membership tiers. Youth members ages 0 to 18 pay $55 per month, adults ages 19 to 54 pay $90 per month, and seniors ages 55 to 100 pay $115 per month. Youth memberships require a parent membership. The practice does not accept insurance for membership fees.

Each membership tier includes unlimited office visits and telehealth visits during regular business hours. Dr. Nally also includes osteopathic manipulation and care coordination in the membership fee. Members receive transparent, discounted pricing on labs. Labs, imaging, hormone injections, and weight loss medications are not included in the base fee.

Yes. Same-day and next-day appointments are standard at DocMuscles / Nally Family Practice. Members also have direct access to Dr. Nally via phone and text, which allows for faster resolution of urgent concerns.

No. DocMuscles / Nally Family Practice does not accept insurance. Patients pay a flat monthly membership fee with no third-party billing. Members can still use their personal insurance for labs at outside labs and for specialist referrals.

Yes. Unlimited telehealth visits during regular business hours are part of every membership tier. The practice uses Zoom for online medical appointments. Telehealth on weekends and holidays carries an additional after-hours charge of $55.

DocMuscles / Nally Family Practice accepts patients from newborns through age 100. The DPC program is available to Arizona residents and to patients who can visit the Surprise, Arizona office at least once per year.
