About

At Take Two Health, Dr. Leto Quarles delivers Direct Primary Community Care to patients across Boulder, Colorado. She founded the practice in 2019 with a guiding belief that healthy living means rich experiences, meaningful connections, and working with the body you have. Her model, which she calls DPCC, builds on standard DPC by centering community as part of the care itself.

Dr. Quarles welcomes patients of all ages, from newborns to centenarians, across every background, gender, ability, and walk of life. Her clinical focus spans LGBTQIA+ health and gender-affirming care, trauma-informed care, neurodiversity, stress and mental health, chronic disease and disability management, and collaborative deprescribing. The practice runs on a principle she calls "Nothing About Me Without Me" - patients hold full co-creative access to their own health records through the Elation Passport portal. The office is ADA-accessible, and the practice's computer system supports over 140 languages. Visits happen in person at a private home office or online through the Spruce secure video platform.
