The practice offers a separate Newborn Package at $1,350 for the first three months, then $250 per month from three to twelve months, converting to the standard $185 rate after the first birthday.

The $185 monthly fee covers all primary care services, including well visits, sick visits, school and sports physicals, mental and behavioral health management, telehealth visits, house calls, minor procedures like laceration repair and wart freezing, basic labs, and more. Vaccines are the one exception; Fig Tree bills those through insurance via its partner company Vaxcare.

Fig Tree Pediatrics does not accept insurance for membership services. The practice encourages all families to carry health insurance for services outside its scope, such as specialist visits, emergency care, imaging, and hospitalizations. Vaccines are billed through insurance via Vaxcare.

Yes. Fig Tree Pediatrics offers telehealth visits, in-office appointments, and home visits. For newborn members, the pediatrician comes to the home for the newborn, one-month, and two-month visits, so new families do not need to travel during those early weeks.

Families enroll through the SigmaMD platform at the Fig Tree Pediatrics website. The first month's payment processes at enrollment. You can also schedule a free meet-and-greet with Dr. Levine or Dr. Kammerer before enrolling, either virtually, by phone, or in person at the Boulder office.

Fig Tree Pediatrics cares for patients from newborn through young adulthood. The practice offers dedicated programming for newborns and infants, school-age children, and teens, including adolescent medicine and reproductive health.

Yes. The practice makes several services available to the broader community without a membership. Non-members can access vaccines, ear piercing, the Sports Optimization Package ($325), the Newborn Care Package, ImPACT Baseline Concussion Testing, donor breast milk through the Fig Tree Milk Bank, and community educational events.

The Fig Tree Integrative Sports Program is a deep annual sports optimization visit for young athletes. It includes comprehensive lab work, cardiac screening, ImPACT concussion baseline testing, RED-S screening, mental health screening, and sport-specific care. Non-members access the program for $325, and current Fig Tree members include it in their membership.

Fig Tree Village is a curated network of local businesses and service providers that Fig Tree Pediatrics recommends to member families. Partners include lactation consultants, doulas, a chiropractor, parenting coaches, a pediatric therapist, nanny placement, and digital safety resources. The Newborn Package includes one home lactation visit through Finding Peace Lactation, and Sanctuary Doulas provides a $150 welcome gift to members.
