About
At Table Health, seven physicians deliver direct primary care and functional medicine across two Northern Michigan locations. Dr. Jill Butryn co-founded the practice in Traverse City, establishing it as the first DPC practice in Northern Michigan. The team has since grown to include specialists in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and functional medicine.
The practice operates from the historic Village at Grand Traverse Commons in Traverse City and a second location in Petoskey. Members pay a flat monthly fee starting at $57, with no copays, no deductibles, and no insurance billing. HSA and FSA payments qualify. Membership covers unlimited primary care visits, an annual health assessment, common in-office procedures, discounted medications, and discounted labs. Members also access 24/7 physician contact, same-day appointments, telehealth visits, and the Table Health Member Hub for on-demand wellness resources. The practice extends its model to employers through DPC-centered workplace health plans and occupational health services.
