Yes. Dr. Vo is available to members via Spruce encrypted messaging and the Elation Passport Portal from 7 am to 9 pm. He returns Spruce calls within one to four hours and Spruce texts within four to six hours. Emergency access is available from 9 pm to 7 am for urgent needs.

Yes. Sunrise Family Medicine schedules same-day and next-day appointments. The practice operates by appointment only with non-traditional hours to accommodate flexible scheduling needs.

Yes. Dr. Vo makes house calls. The base fee is $200 within two square miles of the office. Visits beyond two miles carry an additional $5 per mile charge. House call fees do not include procedures, medications, or labs.

No. OMT is a separate service with its own fee. Non-members pay a starting rate of $185 for follow-up visits. DPC members receive special pricing of $135 to $205 depending on complexity, with the average session running $165 to $185 and covering five to eight areas of dysfunction.
