Dr. Jatoi Direct Primary Care

A single-person membership costs $1,500 per year if paid in full, or $130 per month. A married couple or domestic partner membership runs $2,600 annually or $230 per month. New members also pay a one-time registration fee of $75 per person. Members who cancel and later rejoin pay a $200 re-enrollment fee.

Membership includes unlimited home visits within reason, same-day appointments, and no co-pays. Members also receive 24/7 direct access to Dr. Jatoi by cell phone, text, email, and telemedicine through the Spruce Health app. Electronic prescriptions and wholesale pricing on most generic medications are also included.

Dr. Jatoi Direct Primary Care does not accept or bill health insurance. The practice recommends that members carry insurance separately to cover labs, imaging, specialist referrals, and hospitalizations. Medicare patients can join by signing a waiver; Medicare continues to cover labs, imaging, hospital stays, and medications.

Yes. Dr. Jatoi offers same-day appointments with minimal wait times. Members can also reach him directly by phone, text, or telemedicine for issues that do not require an in-person visit. Home visit appointments typically run 30 to 60 minutes.

The DPC membership panel is not currently accepting new patients. The practice does accept new participants in the medical weight loss program, hormone replacement therapy program, and other standalone services such as Botox or Xeomin injections.

Members contact Dr. Jatoi directly by cell phone, text, email, or through the Spruce Health app, which supports secure texting, email, and video visits. This access runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no third-party involvement.

Yes. Dr. Jatoi provides telemedicine visits through the Spruce Health app on any cell phone, tablet, or computer. Telemedicine supports video visits, secure messaging, and same-day electronic prescriptions.

Yes. House calls are a central feature of the practice. Dr. Jatoi travels to patients' homes as part of the DPC membership. A small travel charge may apply for locations more than 10 miles from Oro Valley or Tucson Medical Center.

Yes. Medicare patients can join Dr. Jatoi Direct Primary Care by signing a waiver. The membership fee covers primary care and home visits. Medicare continues to pay for labs, imaging, hospitalizations, and prescription medications outside the membership.

Yes. Dr. Jatoi runs a physician-led concierge weight loss program open to patients outside the DPC panel. The program features GLP-1 injections including semaglutide and tirzepatide, along with tailored nutrition plans and direct physician guidance. The intro package for the first two months costs $185.
