Marquis Family Medicine

Marquis Family Medicine charges $50 per month for children aged 0 to 18, $75 per month for young adults aged 19 to 26, $100 per month for adults aged 27 to 64, and $125 per month for patients 65 and older. A family plan covering two adults and two children runs $250 per month. Members who pay annually or refer a new patient receive a 10% discount.

The monthly membership covers all primary care services in the office with no co-pays or deductibles. In-office procedures carry only a $10 supply fee for members. The practice also provides care coordination by phone, email, text, and telemedicine. Members gain access to Dr. Marquis's personal cell phone number for urgent concerns.

Marquis Family Medicine does not accept insurance or Medicare/Medicaid for membership billing. The practice accepts all forms of insurance for reference purposes but does not submit medical claims. The practice has partnered with Liberty Health Share, an ACA-compliant health cost-sharing program that pays up to 75% of the membership fee.

Yes. The practice offers same and next-day appointments, typically within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Weekend appointments may be available for members. Dr. Marquis also provides telemedicine via phone, email, text, Skype, and FaceTime.

Yes. Dr. Marquis provides home visits and nursing home visits on a case-by-case basis. The practice also offers a Home Bound Plan designed for homebound patients or those in nursing home settings. Worksite visits are available as well.

Yes. Dr. Marquis dispenses discounted medications directly at the clinic, with members saving up to 90% on some prescriptions. Note that prescription costs outside the clinic, as well as pathology and imaging fees, fall outside the monthly membership.

Yes. The practice offers business and employer memberships with a payroll deduction option. Employers can provide their workforce with routine primary care, annual preventive exams, and care coordination through Marquis Family Medicine.

The practice uses the Lumenis M22 laser platform and carries SkinCeuticals and Elta MD products.
