Still Point Direct Primary Care charges $100 per month per adult member. Families pay a maximum enrollment fee of $200. The practice adds no child enrollment fee when children join under an adult's existing membership. Members who prepay for a full year receive a 10 percent discount. Additional family discounts apply: 10 percent for the second member and 20 percent for the fifth family member and beyond.

The membership fee covers all standard primary care visits, same-day and next-day appointments, telemedicine, secure messaging with Dr. Rakowczyk, comprehensive physical exams, chronic disease management, mental health care, minor procedures, and more. Members also access steeply discounted lab pricing, often saving 80 to 90 percent off retail rates. Supplements through Fullscript carry a member discount as well.

Yes. Still Point Direct Primary Care does not bill insurance for membership fees, but members can keep their existing insurance for services outside the practice, such as specialist visits, hospitalizations, or imaging. Many members pair a DPC membership with a high-deductible health plan to reduce overall healthcare costs.

New patients can schedule a complimentary, no-obligation Meet and Greet with Dr. Rakowczyk either in person or by phone. After that conversation, the enrollment process runs through the Hint membership platform. Still Point DPC does not currently enroll new patients under 36 months of age.

Yes. Dr. Rakowczyk offers same-day and next-day appointments for members with urgent concerns. Members who need to reach him outside of scheduled slots can contact him directly by phone or text through the Spruce app to find a time that works.

Yes. Still Point DPC provides after-hours access by appointment. Members can text or call Dr. Rakowczyk to discuss urgent concerns and determine whether an in-person visit or emergency care is appropriate. This direct access is a core part of the membership.

Yes to both. Dr. Rakowczyk conducts video visits through the HIPAA-compliant Spruce app. He also makes in-home and workplace visits for members who prefer or need care outside the clinic, available for a small additional fee.

Still Point DPC caps its panel at 400 patients. That limit allows Dr. Rakowczyk to spend meaningful time with each member, offer same-day availability, and maintain a genuine long-term relationship with every patient he serves.

Still Point DPC accepts children ages three and up for well-child checkups and primary care. The practice does not currently enroll children under 36 months. It does not provide prenatal care or obstetric services.
