About
At Simmons Family Medicine, Dr. Travis Simmons delivers direct primary care to patients of all ages in New Braunfels, TX. He founded the practice in 2022 on a simple conviction: primary care should be personal, accessible, and built around the patient. Local media covered the opening, and the practice has earned the 2025 Best of NB award since then.
Dr. Simmons holds board certification in family medicine and carries the additional distinction of Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. He is the only practitioner with that credential in the New Braunfels area. His clinical scope runs wide, from preventive care and chronic disease management to hormone health, weight loss, and functional medicine. Members pay a flat monthly fee of $109 with no copays and no surprise bills. Sliding scale memberships are available for those who need them. Same-day and next-day appointments are a standard part of how care works here, not an exception.
