Starke Medical offers three membership tiers. The monthly plan costs $250 per month with a two-month minimum. The six-month plan totals $1,200, which works out to $200 per month. The annual plan costs $2,000 paid upfront, which comes to about $167 per month. Every plan includes the same level of access and care.

The membership covers all direct interactions with Dr. Starke, including office visits, house calls, telemedicine consultations, phone calls, texts, and follow-ups. Labs, imaging, prescription medications, and outside specialist referrals run through your insurance separately. Compounded medications and peptides are cash-pay through partner licensed 503(a) pharmacies.

In most cases, yes. Membership fees at concierge practices are generally eligible HSA and FSA expenses. Starke Medical recommends confirming eligibility with your plan administrator before applying those funds.

Starke Medical does not accept insurance for membership fees or direct visits with Dr. Starke. Your insurance continues to cover labs, imaging, medications, outside specialist referrals, and any procedures performed outside the practice, exactly as it always has.

Members receive Dr. Starke's direct cell phone number. You can call or text him directly at any time. There is no front desk, no nurse relay, and no portal message queue. Dr. Starke responds personally.

Yes. Dr. Starke conducts telemedicine visits for patients anywhere in Texas. He also makes house calls within the Houston area. Office consultations are available at his Houston location. You choose whichever setting works best for you.

Starke Medical offers same-day or next-day appointments as a standard feature of membership, not as an occasional exception. The practice keeps its panel intentionally small to make that level of access consistently available.

The practice serves men and women seeking specialist-level care in hormone optimization, sexual medicine, andrology, and related areas. Dr. Starke's core clinical focus includes erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, male infertility, perimenopause, post-menopause, peptide therapy, GLP-1 and weight management, and urologic oncology screening. Patients who want direct physician access and evidence-based care find the practice well-suited to their needs.

Monthly memberships carry a two-month minimum, after which you can cancel anytime. Six-month and annual memberships are non-refundable once started, but Starke Medical does not auto-renew them. You decide whether to continue at the end of each term.

You need to be physically located in Texas at the time of any visit, including telemedicine visits, because that is where Dr. Starke holds his medical license. Many members travel frequently but maintain a Texas address and access care when they are in the state.
