The Thrive Membership is an optional, non-insurance wellness program that layers integrative services on top of standard insurance-billed care. Commercial members pay $130 per month. Medicare members pay $90 per month. Membership includes an Annual Comprehensive Integrative Health Review, a Whole-Person Evaluation, secure portal messaging with Dr. Colón-González, enhanced scheduling flexibility, and access to the Integrative Health Transformation Vault, an education library curated by Dr. Colón-González.

Yes. Salud Revisited accepts most major insurance plans, including BCBS PPO, Cigna PPO, HealthSmart PPO, MultiPlan PPO, Medicare, Humana Medicare Advantage, and Impact Health Sharing. The practice also welcomes self-pay and out-of-network patients. Insurance covers standard medical services billed through your plan. The optional Thrive Membership is a separate wellness program and does not run through insurance.

No. The Thrive Membership is entirely optional. Any patient can receive insurance-billed primary care at Salud Revisited without joining the membership. The membership adds integrative planning sessions, secure messaging, and education resources for patients who want deeper support beyond covered visits.
