New patients start with a comprehensive intake package for $650, which includes the initial intake visit and one follow-up visit. Additional follow-up visits cost $249 each, and brief sick visits are $175. Specialty visits include a new lactation consult at $449, a follow-up lactation consult at $279, a pre-operative evaluation at $299, and a back-to-work consult at $279. Patients may pay with FSA or HSA funds.

Vida Family Medicine does not bill insurance directly. However, the practice provides Superbills on request. Patients can submit a Superbill to their insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. The 4th Trimester Membership supports new parents through the postpartum period. It includes a prenatal consultation and postpartum home visits of at least one hour each. Dr. Berens addresses medical, psychological, and social needs during these visits, providing comprehensive support beyond the standard six-week postpartum checkup.
