Spring Monarch Primary Care

Membership fees vary by age. Adults ages 18 to 64 pay $90 per month. Adults 65 and older pay $115 per month. Children ages 2 to 17 pay $45 per month when at least one parent enrolls. Families with two adults and dependent children pay $250 per month. Adults also pay a one-time enrollment fee of $90. For infants under age 2, the practice asks that you call for pricing.

Your membership covers office visits of 30 to 60 minutes, same-day appointment access, in-office testing for strep, flu, and urinalysis, direct messaging with Dr. Sidhu by text and email, and ongoing management of both chronic and acute conditions. The practice also provides lifestyle coaching, nutritional guidance, specialist coordination, and personalized care planning. Labs, imaging, vaccines, and prescription medications fall outside the membership but members access them at discounted rates through DPC partnerships.

The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees. Dr. Sidhu recommends that members keep their existing insurance for hospital stays, specialist visits, and certain diagnostic tests. Some HSA and FSA plans may reimburse DPC membership fees, so it is worth checking with your plan administrator.

Yes. Dr. Sidhu provides members with 24/7 direct access by text and email. For urgent after-hours concerns, she is available by phone or text. She responds to non-urgent messages the next business day.

Yes, Spring Monarch Primary Care welcomes Medicare patients. Members pay the monthly membership fee separately. Medicare continues to cover specialists, hospitalizations, and certain tests outside the practice.

Standard visits run 30 minutes. Appointments for adults 65 and older run up to 60 minutes. Same-day appointments are available for members who need to be seen quickly.

Yes. Dr. Sidhu conducts secure virtual visits for members. The practice also offers a complimentary virtual meet and greet for prospective patients who want to learn more before enrolling.

Dr. Sidhu manages a wide range of primary care needs including diabetes, hypertension, metabolic and hormonal health, mood disorders, gut health, and food sensitivities. She also handles preventive care, annual wellness exams, acute sick visits, sports physicals, pap smears, and medication management. Her approach targets root causes rather than symptom relief alone.

Dr. Sidhu holds hospital privileges at Houston Methodist Willowbrook. She does not admit patients directly, but she reviews discharge records and helps coordinate follow-up care after a hospital stay.
