Your monthly membership covers unlimited primary care visits with no copays or deductibles. Members reach their physician by phone, text, or video at any hour. Yes. Health Rising includes unlimited telemedicine with every membership. Members schedule virtual visits for issues like sore throats, rashes, or prescription refills. Telehealth is especially useful when travel or distance makes an in-person visit difficult.

Health Rising serves patients of all ages, from newborns through seniors. The practice covers pediatric and adolescent care, adult primary care, women's health, and geriatric care including medication review.

The practice performs a wide range of in-office procedures. These include EKG, acupuncture, joint injections, laceration repair, abscess drainage, wart and skin tag removal, toenail removal, Pap smears, birth control insertion and removal, and precancerous skin lesion treatment.
