Milepost Medical charges $60 per month for adults ages 20 to 44. Adults ages 45 to 64 pay $80 per month, and members 65 and older pay $100 per month. Children ages 0 to 19 pay $20 per month when at least one parent holds a membership. The practice charges no sign-up fees and requires no contracts.

The membership covers all office visits with no per-visit fees. It also includes EKGs, urinalysis, urine pregnancy testing, flu testing, strep testing, RSV testing, in-office breathing treatments, an annual physical or well woman exam, sleep consultations, and an FAA flight physical. Members also receive access to discounted rates on labs, imaging, and physical therapy.

No. Milepost Medical accepts members with any insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, or no insurance at all. The practice does not bill insurance for membership fees. The practice recommends carrying at least catastrophic coverage for emergencies, surgeries, or other situations outside its scope of care.

Yes. The practice ordering a test or medication does not affect your insurance coverage for those items. Your insurance pays for labs, prescriptions, and specialist referrals just as it normally would. Milepost Medical also negotiates discounted wholesale pricing on labs and imaging and passes those savings to members.

Members contact Dr. Stringfellow by phone, email, or FaceTime. The clinic sees patients in-office during regular hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Dr. Stringfellow makes house calls by prior arrangement and takes appointments outside regular hours by special request.

The practice schedules every appointment for at least 30 minutes. Longer visits are available when needed. Same-day appointments are also available for members.

Yes. Non-members can schedule a sleep consultation without joining the practice. The initial sleep consult costs $175, and follow-up visits cost $75. Members receive sleep consultations at no additional charge as part of their monthly membership.

Yes. Dr. Stringfellow is an FAA-certified Aviation Medical Examiner and HIMS AME. She conducts Class 1, 2, and 3 flight physicals for pilots. Non-members pay $175 per exam. Members receive their flight physical at no additional cost. The practice also helps pilots with complex medical conditions work through the FAA process.

The membership does not cover surgery, emergency services, broken bones, or severe injuries. Medical imaging such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, as well as the cost of vaccines, laboratory services, medications, and durable medical equipment, fall outside the membership. The practice negotiates discounted rates on many of these services so members pay less out of pocket.
