Simplicity Direct Care charges a monthly membership fee starting at $50. The exact amount depends on the patient's age at enrollment. Fees update each January 1st. The practice also offers insurance-based options for patients on Premera, Lifewise, United Healthcare, or Traditional Medicare Part B with a supplemental plan.

Yes, with some specifics. Dr. Dygert accepts Traditional Medicare Part B and Medicare Supplemental Plans. She bills Medicare directly for those patients rather than enrolling them in the DPC membership. She does not accept Medicare Advantage Plans.

Simplicity Direct Care schedules appointments within 24 to 48 hours. For urgent concerns, Dr. Dygert responds the same day via email, text, or phone. She always reserves time in her schedule for same-day sick visits.

Members and insured patients both have direct access to Dr. Dygert by cell phone and through the Spruce text app. She is available around the clock, seven days a week. Urgent messages receive a same-day reply.

The practice is temporarily full while Dr. Dygert completes onboarding for recent new patients. Prospective patients can join the waitlist by emailing the practice with their first name, age, and preferred payment option.

Dr. Dygert provides internal medicine, pediatrics, primary care, annual physical exams, urgent care, chronic disease management, and specialist referrals. She also offers sports physicals for student athletes at $75 per student.

Simplicity Direct Care charges $75 per student for sports physicals. Insurance does not cover these visits. Dr. Dygert performs Preparticipation Physical Evaluations that meet Washington state and WIAA requirements for school-based sports participation.
