About
At Medina Direct Family Medicine, Dr. Medina brings over ten years of board-certified family medicine experience to Spokane patients. She grew up in Spokane, trained at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed her residency at North Colorado Family Medicine. Before opening this practice, she worked across a range of settings, from full-spectrum rural family medicine in Montana to outpatient care to telemedicine. That breadth of experience shaped her vision for what primary care should look like. The practice runs on a monthly subscription model. Adults ages 19 to 64 pay $99 per month. Children 18 and under pay $49 per month. A Family Max plan covers an entire household for $199 per month. Every membership includes unlimited office visits, no copays, and all in-house services. Appointments run a full 60 minutes, and same-day visits are available. The practice welcomes patients of all backgrounds and identities. Dr. Medina also participates in Spokane's broader DPC provider community.
