Sierra Health Direct Primary Care uses age-based monthly pricing. Members ages 0-20 pay $30 per month, ages 21-40 pay $60, ages 41-60 pay $90, and members 61 and older pay $120. All tiers run month-to-month with no long-term contracts required.

Every membership tier covers unlimited office visits, unlimited telehealth visits, and no copays. Members also receive prescriptions, work notes, minor in-office procedures, specialist referrals, and access to discounted labs, imaging, and pathology. After-hours support and personalized treatment plans are included as well.

Yes. Members have direct access to Dr. Hurley by phone, text, or video seven days a week, 365 days a year. The practice also provides after-hours support for urgent concerns. For situations where you cannot come in, Dr. Hurley offers home visits as well.

Sierra Health Direct Primary Care guarantees same-day or next-day appointments. The practice does not operate on a traditional scheduling backlog. Initial visits run 60 minutes, and follow-up appointments last at least 30 minutes.

No. Sierra Health Direct Primary Care does not bill insurance and requires no copays or deductibles. Patients with or without insurance can enroll. For certain services like PAP smear pathology or imaging studies, patients may choose to submit those specific costs to their insurance separately.

Yes. Dr. Hurley sees patients of all ages, from newborns through adults. Pediatric services include well-child visits, school and sports physicals, treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, learning disorder evaluations, and school sick notes. Members under age 21 pay $30 per month.

Dr. Hurley provides a full range of women's health services. These include breast exams, pelvic exams, PAP smears, birth control management, IUD removal, and ordering for mammograms and bone density tests. The practice covers complete care across every stage of a woman's life.

Sierra Health Direct Primary Care handles a wide range of minor procedures on-site. Dr. Hurley performs removal of benign skin lesions and warts, abscess incision and drainage, wound repair and suturing, first-degree burn treatment, joint aspiration and injection, ear wax removal, and splinting.
