The Business Membership runs $110 per employee per month for teams of five or more, with a one-time $250 setup fee per employee.

Membership covers unlimited in-office and telemedicine visits with Dr. Romero. Members also get direct text access to Dr. Romero or her assistant, urgent and preventive care, chronic disease management, weight management support, and most minor office procedures such as laceration care, skin tag removal, and abscess treatment. Members also receive discounts on labs, imaging, medications, hormone labwork, and IV infusions.

Shine Direct Primary Care does not accept insurance for primary care services. The practice operates on a transparent monthly membership fee. Dr. Romero has opted out of Medicare. Many members carry a separate insurance plan for specialist visits, hospitalizations, or other needs outside primary care.

ShineWell is a dedicated menopause and hormone therapy program for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or survivorship care. It runs separately from the standard DPC membership and does not require enrollment as a primary care member. ShineWell offers three tiers: ThriveInsight ($525 for one visit), Thrive Now ($799 for three visits), and Thrive Core ($1,450 for five visits over six months). Each consultation includes an InBody Scan for metabolic assessment.
