ShillMed charges $150 per month for adults ages 18 to 64. A family plan covering up to two adults and three children ages 12 and older runs $300 per month. Teens ages 12 to 17 can join for $79 per month with an enrolled adult. A $150 comprehensive medical review may be required before starting a DPC contract.

Yes. Medications such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, Qsymia, and phentermine are separate from the monthly membership fee. ShillMed provides upfront estimates so patients understand expected costs before starting. Meal replacements are also available separately through the practice's online store.

ShillMed also offers weekly online education webinars and group challenges to build skills and accountability over time.

ShillMed uses the InBody 570 analyzer to measure body composition, including muscle mass, fat, and metabolic data. The practice also has on-site FibroScan technology for non-invasive liver assessment. Non-members can book an InBody scan for $50 per session or $50 per month for unlimited scans.

ShillMed does not require a minimum membership term. The practice typically recommends a one-year commitment for weight loss patients to move through the active loss, transition, and long-term maintenance phases. That full timeline allows Dr. Shill to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
