Baker Direct Primary Care charges a flat monthly fee based on age. Adults ages 20-44 pay $84 per month. Adults ages 45-64 pay $99 per month. Adults 65 and older pay $119 per month. Children and teens ages 0-19 pay $25 per month when enrolled with a parent. Dependent young adults ages 20-24 with an enrolled parent qualify for $49 per month.

The practice recommends that members carry a major medical or catastrophic health plan alongside their DPC membership to cover specialist visits, hospitalizations, and other needs outside primary care.

Generic prescriptions are available through the in-house pharmacy at wholesale cost, often 80-90% cheaper than retail pharmacies. The practice also negotiates cash-pay rates on CT and MRI scans 30-50% below typical insurance-based pricing.

Yes. Baker Direct Primary Care offers same-day and next-day sick appointments for members. Appointment times run 30 to 60 minutes. Dr. Baker also provides members with his personal cell phone number for direct contact outside of scheduled visits.

Yes. Dr. Baker offers telemedicine visits for residents of Washington and Idaho. md patient portal, which also handles scheduling and secure communication.

Yes. Dr. Baker is an FAA-certified Aviation Medical Examiner and performs Class 1, 2, and 3 physicals as well as BasicMed certifications. Class 1 exams are available beginning September 1, 2025. A Class 1 exam costs $290. Class 2, 3, and BasicMed exams cost $200. An EKG is available for $50. The practice does not provide ATC or HIMS program exams.

Yes. Baker Direct Primary Care offers sports physicals to non-members for $100. Members receive sports physicals at no additional charge as part of their membership.

Baker Direct Primary Care offers NeuroStar TMS therapy, an FDA-cleared, non-invasive treatment for depression, anxious depression, and OCD. TMS uses targeted magnetic stimulation and requires no anesthesia or medication. The treatment is available for patients 15 years and older and works as an adjunct therapy alongside other care.

Yes. The practice offers two missionary physical packages. The Young Missionary Exam costs $160 and includes the exam, hemoglobin/hematocrit test, TB skin test, and urine dip. The Senior Missionary Exam costs $220 and includes the same components. Additional lab testing is available at cost.
