Individual membership runs $150 per month. Couples pay $280 per month, and families pay $280 plus $65 per child per month. Yes. Dr. Stein offers comprehensive perimenopause and menopause consultations to both members and non-members. Initial sessions run 60-90 minutes and cover symptoms, medical history, risk factors, and lifestyle. Dr. Stein builds a personalized care plan and provides evidence-based recommendations including hormone therapy and non-hormone options.

The practice offers a free meet-and-greet with either Dr. Bluestone or Dr. Stein. Prospective patients can schedule through the contact form on the practice website or by calling the office. Yes. Dr. Bluestone is a certified DOT medical examiner and performs Department of Transportation physicals for commercial motor vehicle drivers at a cost of $100. He is also a USCIS Civil Surgeon and conducts I-693 immigration medical exams for $325. Both services are open to members and non-members.

Sharon Direct Care serves patients across the full age range. Dr. Stein has a particular passion for caring for whole families, from pediatric and adolescent patients through older adults. Dr. Bluestone focuses on adult internal medicine and chronic disease management. Together, the two physicians cover a broad clinical scope.

Yes. Members who refer a new patient who joins the practice receive $100 off their next month's membership bill. The credit applies once the referred patient completes enrollment.
