Yes. Seagrape Health offers home visits for members in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties for an additional fee. Dr. Caignet can see patients at their home, office, or while traveling. Two home visit options are available: a Concierge Home Visit and an Executive Home Health Package.

Initial visits run 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments run 30 minutes. This visit structure gives Dr. Caignet time to review health history, lab trends, and lifestyle factors thoroughly. Same-day appointments are available for members.
